We offer Dolphin Coat, a softwood-coated formwork plywood, which was jointly developed with a domestic plywood manufacturer. By using domestic lumber, this product is both legal and sustainable. We can provide Dolphin Coat at the perfect timing thanks to our large inventory at each consumer's location.

Sustainability-conscious softwood-coated formwork plywood
Dolphin Coat
Dolphin Coat is a JAS-standard softwood-coated formwork plywood manufactured in Ishinomaki since June 2017. In December 2009, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) formulated the "Forest and Forestry Revitalization Plan" with the goal of achieving a lumber self-sufficiency ratio of 50% or higher by FY2019. The plan calls for the establishment of a stable lumber supply system, revitalization of rural mountain villages through increased employment, and creation of a low-carbon society through lumber utilization while ensuring the multi-functionality of forests and actively utilizing planted forest resources established by our predecessors.
